Infra is good,they will arrange lunch if u are going for interview there.

Nothing to like as i have gone there for the interview they kept u waiting even after not clearing 1st round,they should have humbly told me that i have not cleared so i can go,instead they kept me waiting and taking another set of rounds of other people,time consuming and over smart HR manager,he is taking interviewing in Gujarati when this is Renewed Pharma company. middle management worst , mainly in derma division south , they like the people only do un ethical sales , not for hard worker, and south sales manager also play internal politics, and mainly i know some area manager and reasonal managers having own business and they don't work they do unethical sales but they are hero's company will support those people

First of all company does not have resources for employees. Company policy is rubbish. Appraisals given based on favouritism. Company systems are out dated. The company is 10 years behind the market competitors. The manager/head are ignorant.

Feel likes we are in Tihar jail.. no phone allowed security treat us like we are prisoners and they are jailer..no work life balance ..no increment canteen facilities is also worst.

It's developing organization where you can give her chance to develop everything in a proper manner.

It's seems like no one is actually ready to take ownership of tasks. If someone is taking no appreciation is there. And yes offcourse the wages structure of foundation is not motivating and encouraging enough to their employees.
