Instromedix is 30 years old company dealing in medical equipments, ambulance fabrication, bio waste management, bio medical maintenance through tendering. Co -workers are good and the company offers better rumeration in the industry. Company is sole distributors of Mindray.

Dislikes

Company is dependant on tender business only and does not have presence in private business except ambulance fabrication. Although company has the reputation of launching various world class equipments in the past, but now they have only Mindray equipments which is a Chinese major. Company is mail driven and one can experience a number of mails coming from company software, Finance and MD , sometimes upto 100 or 150. Most of the mails are useless, demotivating and wastage of time. Behaviour of the senior management iis very poor and scoldings publicly is very common. As a policy of the company, one can experience pressure whole day as productivity & utilty of a worker is measured through GPS which is monitored all through day and night for whole month. Since company is facing major cash crisis and is under the clutches of usuers and financers, salaries are paid very late. Women can feel harrassed so not recommended....Read More
