This is regarding a recent termination at your organization where an employee was terminated without given a chance to perform. This is so pathetic how an organization can be so biased that on the version of complain and insecurity of another senior employee the victim was terminated. She had just joined organisation where minimum 6months are given as probationary period but the organisation compelled her to stoop down from very 1st day of her joining not letting her perform. The case will be reported at labour court and strict action will be taken against Razia and HR along with management. We are all set for the same to send you legal notice. The employees husband is bed ridden and organisation can be so rude enough to not consider her to even give explanation or transfer to other department. If the employee or her husband commits suicide INK will be solely responsible along with Razia, HR and management....Read More
