I like the work environment. My teammates are very friendly. The most important part I like about the company is learning something new. We keep on learning something new in our company. And we can travel to any place in india. Workplace is dependent on our comfort. So these are things I like about the company.

The thing I don't like about the company is no job security. No growth can be seen in our designation as well as no financial growth. Sometimes work pressure is more. The most disgusting thing is we don't get leaves at all. Even for a single day leave in the whole year there is an LOP(loss of pay). Most of the times the accommodation provided by them is disgusting. And finally a big headache comes with TA(travel allowance). No proper TA is given.
