There is no clear job description defined. They hire you on certain terms but expect you to do everything. No clear hierarchy or respect for seniority. Head office treats regions as subordinates of their own.unreasonable targets with no proper staff. Incompetent HR which is a puppet of the head office. Overall, not a good experience

Dislikes

No team spirit, too focussed on just getting individual targets done, too many people focussing on the same clients so fighting within themselves. No information sharing. No clear defined role. You are expected to do everything by yourself. Too less a salary for too much work. Not a good workplace environment. Too stingy on any office requirements spending.
