Our company had a very high performance in all sectors in the world,i feel that need improvement in railways and also have some ground work to maintain the company standards as early which had.

Please communicate with site people and solve there problems regarding salary related and attandance policy is very poor.head office related no one had interact with site people and know there problems till now,they don't mean about HR related issues

The job is interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was nor formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. But still need some support from the head office regarding the issues of working hours
