Nothing to like and learn here. Only punctuality can't make a organisation superior. Organisation needs some wise and confident leadership. I like the fakeness of CEO and program heads
Dislikes
This is not a NGO as they are claiming, its an professional money digging company. The company culture is only profiteering and accumulate wealth for CEO madam. Nothing to learn here. The water conservation department loves contractor and have big parties with them and enjoy holiday packages offered by them. More rules in the organisation than work. Department heads do not talk with each other.. imagine the situation of office. Very old and bad condition office with broken furniture. No timely salary and mischeivious accounts department. big foreign and personal tours by directors on the project money. The department heads do not miss a single chance for loose talking about the CEO madam. The CEO amma has no control over the water conservation department. This department always misguides CEO and never speaks the truth with her. The simultaneous business of money digging is run by water department in PROJECT office. Once the secretory buyed a Royal Enfield from project money.. a lot of misuse of funds by the owners of organisation.
Very greedy management and no facilities for employees. They give only 2 Parle G biscuits with a very bad taste tea to employees and guests at every occasion of office such as memorial day function. they dont even give the wi-fi access to employees mobile. No drinking water and clean toilets in the office. Not recommended to work here...Read More
