The staff is very helpful and friendly. Superiors need to work on establishing a culture and maintain professionalism.

Dislikes

Superiors are not professional. Few of them make it a point to instigate petty fights and maintain unnecessary "decorum" and often step a line. They are not open to change and aren't clear with giving orders or making a stand on their own decisions. Salaries are not given on time and are often outstanding for months. They were very strict about the timings as the office is situated outside the city and transport is a major issue with restricted bus services, no conveyance was provided by the company and if you miss a single bus, the next bus would make you at least an hour late. Even after being well aware of the issue they were quiet ignorant and still expected everyone to reach on time. In the evening often meetings were scheduled for the last hours and on being late mostly no transportation was provided unless it was really late.
