Recently they removed 70+ of employees all of sudden. In 1 year 2 layoffs. May be India company employee count is under 30 now. It was a good company when I joined. I felt like lucky to join in this company that too permanent WFH . But after stakeholder changing, they are removing lot of employees.

The culture, the people and the management is very employee friendly. Your voice is being heard by the management. Instem has many products, so there are good learning opportunities across the products. Also, you can opt for remote working which is a good thing.
