Working at Instarem was great but things became weird when the new manager was in charge. The goal of new manager was to be biased and favor only to his favorite people and target other for personal reason that not only affected appraisal eventually lose the job. . HR who are not actually aware what exactly happening in the team and work front so end up agreeing with Team leaders or the managers.
