Great work culture and team. No politics like most companies. Everyone is on the same page. Learning is very good and one gets to work with big name customers.

Workload a bit high, although it was mentioned beforehand since it's startup. And also, that is compensated through faster promotions.

Colleagues and leadership team are both very nice and helpful. No micro-management, instead I am helped to learn how to become better at my job. Working on building a platform that is so widely used is satisfying. Fully remote!

Everyone in the company is so polite and ready to help everytime whenever you stuck in a situation. My overall journey at instahyre was beautiful and full of learning new things. The one thing that i learned over there is team work which will stay with my skills for lifetime now.

There was nothing to dislike at instahyre. All you need is patience and hardwork to get the best out of yourself over there.
