Dislikes

As the company is in growing stage there is bound to be process change at regular interval. I do not consider this as dislike or negativity. But InSolare need to reduce these changes.

Work policy: 4 days/ week from office from office

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
