Most of the colleagues I met here were very supportive and helping in nature. I learned so much while my working duration.

Dislikes

I would have performed better if I was sent on co-monitorings for better understanding of the expextations of my team. I also felt that there was a lack of appretiation.

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
