Management expects employee to be a robot who has to be productive every minute and asks status every hour on the progress of work. The work environment is very toxic and micro managed. Management should understand that we are professional employees and not kindergarteners that needs monitoring every hour. The leaves should be approved as per requirement by employee and not as per convenience of management. May not be all but my manager, doesn't have any knowledge on the work we do in team and just acts like a postman between higher management and team members.
