Insightful Technologies is that company. I’ve been in the Financial Industry for 20 years and worked for small, independent investment firms. When my previous company was acquired by Insightful, I wasn’t sure how I would like to work for such a large company. With so many new things to learn, it seemed like I would never get the hang of everything. The folks at Insightful know this and do everything they can to help you make the transition easy. We were a small firm before being bought out by insightful, much better then. Can't really say any good pros except some of the wealth team is very remote

Dislikes

You will have to follow a lot of compliance policies, even if not involved in wealth management/trading.
