The only thing good about Insidea was- work from home.
Dislikes
They provide no job security. Every month they would cancel the contract with the employees without any notice. The work life balance is zero they can ask for urgent basis work at 10 in the night or 2 in the night. Learning is zero as there will be days without any work from them and they’ll use that as a reason for you to let go.
