The supportive atmosphere here has not only encouraged my professional growth but has given me the work-life balance due to the permanent work from home policy. Not toforget, we have No Vacation Policy that means you can literally take time off as needed but yes of course, you have to inform your manager so that work wouldn't be compromised.
