I had did my job at the Varun Beverages Limited Located at Xelpem,Sanguem ,Goa403704.With contractual period (client-varun beverages limited) There timing of duty is uncertain means if your duty is shift wise but they don't call you shift wise even they put only night shift . No other option left besides resignation.

They only give most time night shift only no morning shift they called me.

Salary will be credited on time. Sometimes 500 extra will be credited with the salary.

1.Salary deduction upto 500 for unknown reasons most of the months. 2.Not issuing the ESI card. 3.Could not reach the HR through phone or WhatsApp. Because he was sitting in the head office. Only 2 HR working for Pan India. 4.My pf account got disabled because of the company. But I didn't get the proper response from the company side to solve that issue. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount till now.
