Innov is one the best company which I learn and adapt some major points in my carrier. I learned new topics,Technology etc. Innov is a place you can learn alot. Company had support on the covid time like as job guarantee and salary paid full

Dislikes

Mainly work load, Can't enjoy with family engaged programs due to we are working in HR platform. From the true sence I am not happy because of making client happy we want to say lie to associates. Feel guilty while holding f&f because of client disition. Totally I will say company is best but need to come up because our compatitors are advanced more than us.

Been worked there as HR recruiter, hd. a great time there. All employees, management, organisation heads were very supportive. Always wishes for a roll back to innov once I get a chance
