Actually I'm looking into career growth, salary, work life balance and working hours.(9am to 6/7pm).

Overall it is good experience for customer support, skill management, leading quality and lot of knowledge gain from the experience.

Work Details

Facing customer queries & problems little bit tough because of higher officials not respond for the customer issues and solving those issues.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
