The only good thing about working at Innovatiview is they pay good even to freshers however when you will see the work its almost like doing double shift and getting paid for single shift.

Dislikes

There is so much to dislike about working at Innovatiview, let me give you a list: 1. No Process Improvement 2. No Work-Life Balance 3. Incompetent Seniors 4. Egoistic Management 5. Poor HR 6. Toxic Work Culture 7. No Work Prioritization 8. Poor Work Planning 9. Poor Work Ethics You will find the company good till the time you hit the floor, If you are a person who dodge your work and do ego messages then its for you! Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
