Dislikes

Sales should be achieved even though stocks are short. Time delivery to distributors never expect. No support on freezers in market. All the stocks need to be put In outlet owned freezers. Expenses never on time and salary by 5 to 7th. No motivation to team. Hardly people stay in North for 1.5 years ....

Company is professional in its approach to its employees. They do their best to resolve employee issues.

Dislikes

The time taken for action / implementation of sales strategy is rather long. Introduction of new ideas etc takes time. Time in transit for stocks to reach North is fairly high.

30 years since company exists stil it is a loss making company. Not employee friendly. It is an Investors company and they look only for sales numbers not profit. No benefits for company, No bonus, no arrears.
