Terrible work life balance Extremely bad work culture No new technologies Old employee partiality’s(cheap guys) and these guys don’t let others to express or implement there views. They behave like they are running the company, and even management doesn’t understand that they don’t have enough skills to improve the products.. Architect team is full of idiotic people who do nothing to organisation except bluffing in front of ceo and ceo is very blind folded to trust these guys.. Even recruitment drives are waste as 95 % are recruited who are related to these old employee..also there’s a talk that these old employees do backdoor and bring these new recruits.....Read More
