Company doesn’t gives job security. Top level management is mean and has created an unhealthy environment in company in the organisation. Company is losing their asset due to silly ego problem of top level management.

Dislikes

Ego are very high of top level management, they don’t treat people in office as human and partial with them. As it’s parent company is in UK (United Kingdom) but culture is totally different.

They can fired you any time without any proper reason. So work life at Innovanda is not so good.

Well Innovanda was my first organisation and it gave me the accurate exposure which I needed as fresher, positive vibe of that place totally made me feel comfortable and gel with every individual, I will be always thankful to Innovanda.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
