Initially hiring talent was good. Work culture was also ok. Leaves are more than other companies

Dislikes

Unprofessional managers Exhaustion and working on weekends is applauded. Biased reviews and career growth limited to favouritism. New joiners not trained adequately. Not hiring good talent. People mostly come with zero experience in analytics and the management expects you to train them ground up without any credit or appreciation for the same.
