Fresher can get to learn, timing are strict, Management is average, No professional growth, Offline Pending work, As the company is growing and registered with new products Audits are at its peak. So no holidays on Sunday. Senior are partial and non supporting.

Dislikes

Timings, Monotonous work, no culture, no extra curricular activity, no pick drop facilities, no Canteen, slow career growth, management only look for their profit rather than the employees too, no job security, not women compliance
