Everyone is super kind and welcoming here. Innofied always provide learning environment with lots of resources. Got lots of opportunity to work on different kind of projects and to work with different clients from all over the world. This way I have gain lots of work experience very quickly. Innofied always support its employees. We didn't face any layoffs during rough times( covid).

Dislikes

tons of new works which is great but some time I feel like there isn't enough employees to start all of it.

I am impressed by the leadership team. They are very transparent. They give shoutout to every deserving employee. They are willingly admin when they are wrong and adapt accordingly. And here which is most important to me : they are clear that everything they do has a business goal. They don't try and trick you into the dangerous trap of thinking a company is a family.

Dislikes

Tech in conference room could be more intuitive. I know this seems petty, but with remote call with clients being so vital, the A?V need s to be effortless.

Innofied is a diverse inclusive group of highly intelligent people. It makes work really fun. I always looking forward to come to office every Monday after the weekend. I don't know how many people can say that. The meetings really engage people and make sure everyone is the part of the meetings.

Innofied gives too many learning opportunities that some time I feel like I cannot absorb it all.

Great work environment and best culture. Scope of learning is great as the company is growing at a fast pace. Honestly the best company I have worked for till date. A friendly, relaxed and hardworking working atmosphere where teams consistently do their best. A solid management/leadership that is pulling everything in the right direction.

Sometime when there is a project to deploy the work pressure become too much.

Excellent work ethics and culture. Psychologically safe environment to really be contribute and know your ideas are being incorporated. emotionally intelligent people who genuinely care about others. so many happy people work together with shared vision, ambition and flawless work ethics. People here are smart, thoughtful, very collaborative and supportive and they are quite funny too.

I will be very frank.. The work life balance may differ according to project. According to me the work was never an issue with in the project. its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per the client requirement. That's what every company wants from you. Managers care about the employees an in my past 3 years in Innofied my manager never called me on weekends or forced me to work on weekends....Read More

Innofied has some great core values to create boundaries. An envelope to work within. everyone is welcome here. everyone feels comfortable and included here. I got lots of opportunities to learn and grow. There is no office politics. Flexibility and freedom when it comes to when and how to work.
