Great work environment and best culture. Scope of learning is great as the company is growing at a fast pace. Honestly the best company I have worked for till date. A friendly, relaxed and hardworking working atmosphere where teams consistently do their best. A solid management/leadership that is pulling everything in the right direction.

I will be very frank.. The work life balance may differ according to project. According to me the work was never an issue with in the project. its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per the client requirement. Innofied is a diverse inclusive group of highly intelligent people. It makes work really fun. I always looking forward to come to office every Monday after the weekend. I don't know how many people can say that. The meetings really engage people and make sure everyone is the part of the meetings.

Excellent work ethics and culture. Psychologically safe environment to really be contribute and know your ideas are being incorporated. emotionally intelligent people who genuinely care about others. so many happy people work together with shared vision, ambition and flawless work ethics. People here are smart, thoughtful, very collaborative and supportive and they are quite funny too.
