Good incentive structure. It is complete retail profile, you can learn things for a six months to year. There is no new learning after that. Work environment is ok. Overall Good if you want spend a year or two.

There is no salary appraisal at all. Work life balance for sales people is like hell. Have to work on Saturday, sundays amd on festival days as well no comp off for the same.

Very fake management, not proper stock for sale, company support online portal only, no salary increment from last 5 yrs, senior always take juniors credit and even never ever think about employees n their family members, always refuse your any request, I will give - marking to management and some senior. Senior always take promotion and pressure to junior about work. As compared to compitition OPPO is very indiscipline in work and about product also. No support from branding team, finance team, employee must pay expenses from their own hard earn money in market.
