1. My actual date of joining in IWLPL was 13th June, when I shared my previous company's resignation acceptance mail they've extended my date of joining for 30th June! 2. Even after 1 month I didn't get my official appointment letter, when I asked my appointment letter they told that "your salary is high now we can't afford that much, post confirmation i.e., after 6 months you'll get" when I insisted the initial commitment of CTC and joining incentive, they told nothing is in the mail so there's no need to adhere! 3. Even the organization, work culture, the so called senior staff doesn't have even basic etiquette 4. Only Bengalis were given more importance!...Read More
