Long Working hours, Every Saturday Working + only 5-6 Holiday's in year. Here you can not upgrading us your skill. Old people's without skilled given good salary but new comes not give that much if you have skills or not. I have completed work in just 6 month. In that 6 month i have seen lots of people's comes and going.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. This is a very bad company. They do not even provide tea to their employees. Their behavior is very bad. They do not even give bonus to seniors. They do not even have a way of working. They blame people. I have not seen such a company till now. Please do not join this company even by mistake.
