The culture there is amazing. Learning curve huge and the best company you would witness. Transparent and friendly management

Recently there was a layoff due to which appraisal was stopped indefinitely until profits roll in.

Inkoniq is an excellent place to start your UX career. Great managers, supportive work environment, and good big clients to work with.

Dislikes

Company doesn't aim too high, in terms of goals. Overall lack of ambition to what they want to be. Learning in naturally not that emphasised or supported overtly. Limited growth options for UX Designers internally.

I had a great time, worked with some of the biggest clients in the industry, and had an excellent working relationship with my manager.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
