Very nice environment. Great culture wrt to discrimination, harassment policies and handling, etc. Great work/life balance. Good compensation.

Nobody has clear idea about future. While Job security isnt an issue, what we as an individual or organization will be/want to be isnt all that clear. You might see presentations being made about vision. While this seems all hunky-dory, what actually happens doesnt really align with what is said. Very less growth opportunities, especially once you reach a certain level. If you are looking for good growth, make sure you get a clear idea during interview, before you join. Job security is zero. You can be kicked out anytime if management wants even if you are performing good. If management decide to kick you out no matter what your side is they will no listen to you.
