Work flexibility is the only good thing. If you are joining to HR team you are lucky as you do not have work more.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Pay is the worst for an OEM and international company. Only minimal how much ever you work for. You will be loaded with work but no extra training to enhance the capabilities. To ensure employees are motivated the salary and the bonus is worst payed and not upto the mark as expected by an MNC. HR just enjoy their life.
