Teammates are good, but it depends on the team you're working with. Training was okay. Career growth is okay-okay, it's not upto the expectations, Salary/appraisal is not that high. Politics is one of the biggest con in this company. The senior lead/manager will throw you in the another team just by listening to their associates. They are not taking their own decisions, whether to keep us in their team or not. Associates are just clearing their way out so that no junior can surpass their role or work. There is nothing, not even a single thing good about this company. Employees are highly disappointed. 100 plus employees are on bench. And total strength is around 400.

Dislikes

Worst company to work in. Management so poor. It is a biggest risk to work in this type of company. You will learn nothing. Even you may forget your skills. No salary raise, HRs behave so improfesionaly. Rules and regulations are just for show. No ethics no corporate culture no growth. Totally bad experience. No job security at all.
