There is nothing, not even a single thing good about this company. Employees are highly disappointed. 100 plus employees are on bench. And total strength is around 400.

Worst company to work in. Management so poor. It is a biggest risk to work in this type of company. You will learn nothing. Even you may forget your skills. No salary raise, HRs behave so improfesionaly. Rules and regulations are just for show. No ethics no corporate culture no growth. Totally bad experience. No job security at all.

Only things likable here is few good people I met. It is a good company for a short time and for people who want to stick to one job and average salary.

Dislikes

No skill growth, no cab/shuttle facility, No promotions and Performance reviews are only for formality, and after 5 years you will feel left behind in the market. However you can get good promotions but you have to play resign and retention game with them. Job security is just like any other average company, if they don't need you, you'll out.
