Teammates are good, but it depends on the team you're working with. Training was okay. Career growth is okay-okay, it's not upto the expectations, Salary/appraisal is not that high. Politics is one of the biggest con in this company. The senior lead/manager will throw you in the another team just by listening to their associates. They are not taking their own decisions, whether to keep us in their team or not. Associates are just clearing their way out so that no junior can surpass their role or work. Rest all is okay in this company....Read More

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up.
