Teammates are good, but it depends on the team you're working with. Training was okay. Career growth is okay-okay, it's not upto the expectations, Salary/appraisal is not that high. Politics is one of the biggest con in this company. The senior lead/manager will throw you in the another team just by listening to their associates. They are not taking their own decisions, whether to keep us in their team or not. Associates are just clearing their way out so that no junior can surpass their role or work. I dislike Politics, and salary/appraisal growth here. Politics around here is same like the political parties fighting to run this country. Salary/appraisal is okay, not that high (as you will expect).
