Community wise biasness by reporting manager, A reporting manager Named " Mo. Javed Khan " is baised with his nature with the employees having same religion as his. The worst this is that the director "Mr. Ashish Agrawal " of this company is also supporting him to do the same. Employees being judged on the basis of their religion not by their skills in his team.
