Community wise biasness by reporting manager, A reporting manager Named " Mo. Javed Khan " is baised with his nature with the employees having same religion as his. The worst this is that the director "Mr. Ashish Agrawal " of this company is also supporting him to do the same. Employees being judged on the basis of their religion not by their skills in his team. Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
