If you are fresher then you can get a good knowledge, technical skills specially Oracle Pl-Sql, dot-net etc. Pros: * Not too much politics in the company. * Better appraisal as compared to other companies. * You will be provided a 6 month training also. * Up to 2 Years, you can learn a lot. * Quarterly tram outings (Annual Also) * Festival celebration etc

Dislikes

If you are experienced then look some other option, This is not good place for you. * No work life balance, you have to work continue 24 hours or more.. seriously. * As a small company, there is no job security. * Poor infrastructure. * Less salary/Incentives as campare to market. * No growth for experienced. * No cafeteria, Parking etc. * No work from home facility.
