They don't have much projects and they mostly hire contractors for specific client once the contract gets over you will be on bench and you will struggle to get a decent project. Manager's and Hr's are totally un professional and they never speak truth and will try to convince you by hook and crook to join on contract and then no one will acknowledge you and your problems with client. Job security is very poor if you are in bench then HR will ask put the paper. There is no project when I came to bench am not getting a single call for any project allocation. For me they told told put the resignation Management is not good

It is a great place to work. Good processes, flexibility to work to manage work life balance. Good working environment.

The employees are asked to resign if they completed 2 months on the bench. Tight budgets. Mostly dealing with Staffing projects.

If no project then they give you chance to get more projects around 5 months which is sufficient time in such a small organization.

zero percent job security, if we are on bench then we will be out of the company in 2-3 months. This is the only major drawback as a lot of people got removed recently due to no projects.
