I joined as fresher after completing my graduation. Training was very good and work life balance is nice. No work pressure. Good salary increments. Management is very flexible & friendly. Recommended for any freshers who wants to start career in US IT recruiting and bench sales recruiting.

Teammates are very good but we dont have the job security and the salaries are very low compared with other us immigration companies and the hyderabad manager is very worst guy. He dont know how to behave & talk with the collegues.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
