No issues with company. Company culture On time salary Good managing director (jagadish nagineni) - good vision on employees. Good evp Mr. Nk praveen - he will support there dept like anything. Good chairman - A person with good vision on company

Hod or RA hopeless person He will be sleeping partner with few companies. He will bring them as an vendor to sobha. Prices are too high as compared to market.if any questions arises.he will take personal action on concerned site incharge. Not bothering about the hard working people. Will try to fetch wrong evidence and false allegations on people. If he doesn't likes them. Complete monarchy rule. He will interact bottom people. Bottom people who works under him. Last week, I participated in an interview where the questions appeared to lack relevance, leading me to conclude that I was not chosen for the position. The questions focused on basic Excel formulas rather than technical knowledge, which seemed inappropriate given the context. Ultimately, it was a disheartening experience in my professional journey.

Terrible work culture,if u complete your work on time,unnecessarily non productive work will be given,just to keep u in site from 8:30 AM To 8:30 PM. assigning multiple task at the same time for the salary of 25000 with an hike of max 10% ( 2500) for the work of 12hr daily,Labour's are treated with respect than Engineers.this company says passion at work but treat employees as S/_a\/es at work.

The senior management is very helpful and inclusive in their approach towards employees. They are very encouraging and understanding. It is a pleasure to work in a corporate environment which has been created at Sobha over the years.

At some point you do see the favoritism aspect,which comes out as real .Having said this, it is still a great work culture and pleasure to work in sobha.
