The team. Especially our TL she is insane and torturing us like anything. Professionally she is failing to point out so personally poking us like hell. Kindly take an action against her. Giving promotions to undergraduates and they are ruling over graduates and talented agents. Because of her most of the agents are planning to quit the job.

The organization is pathetic in terms of politics. Leaders as they say it-have no leadership skills. They deal with associates and behave the same way with Blue badges. they remove the chair from floor to not let people sit. Its a no no for any candidate if you have even an ounce of talent and some self respect. Work hours during visits and peak are boundless and they even expect to work on sunday.
