Company policies made for all its own benifits whenever talk about employees growth compensation they bring their policy.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

It's pay scale and HR policies..they have huge knowledge mismatch between HR and Payroll

Work Details

Its a best career path for fresher only.who only want to get experience for 1 and 2 years do not think too much for stability with growth here you will not get it

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training. I’m also interviewing with Infosys for a Senior Python Developer position. If I get an offer from Infosys, which role should I choose?
