Good work-life balance, Job-security, Suited for freshers

Dislikes

No promotion or hike for the first 3 years if you join as a fresher. Salary and promotions are rare and when it happens they don't provide efficient hikes.

The project allocation is not as per your choice, it's completely on luck.

Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training.
