The best thing I like about Infosys was , it is employee centric to some extent also...there lie ample of opportunities for growth within the company...atleast i have experienced a positive attitude of the management towards it's employees

Dislikes

I think people are bias when comes to promotions and increatments

Hi, I have 3 years of experience as a Python developer with a salary of 3.1 LPA. I’ve received an offer from EY for an Azure Data Engineer role at 4.8 LPA, including training. I’m also interviewing with Infosys for a Senior Python Developer position. If I get an offer from Infosys, which role should I choose? What salary should I negotiate for with Infosys hr round to relocate to banglore? Is it a good move to switch from Python development to an Azure Data Engineer role?
