Dislikes

The Culture is still of old Infosys Days, nothing compared to leading MC firms, leaders are old school, and promotions here are even slower as compared to Infosys Technology folks, don't know why! Leaders should take this as feedback and bring in necessary changes, otherwise, the attrition will only rise.

Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and the management doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent butcareer growth is slow.there is bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite intersting i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session .i learnt everything on the job .i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of differnt roles within the same team.

You can get great opportunities or worst opportunities depending on your project. Some managers are the worst and have made a toxic environment for people working under them. Right now, it is the worst. I am working under the worst project and the worst manager of all time. They make us manadatorily work on weekends and dont compensate us for doing so.

Vertical business lines are ok. Its mainly prize or token of gift who worked at offshore in Infosys Limited. Though Infosys Consulting is a management consulting firm but they simply body shop to Infosys Limited projects

Joined with lot of aspirations, considering brand name, but seriously regret quitting my previous company and joining Infosys Consulting. If you are on project, you are safe. Otherwise, you are out of Infosys. Be prepared to any kind of work as a "Consultant". Not specific to one Skill. HR has no say. They will simply listen to management. No Job rotation policy Management does to listen to employee issues If they do notlike you, they will put you in PIP and fire you. I got 2 rating but after normalization, they gave me 3 rating and put me in PIP. Variable pay is cut without hesitation because my appraisal rating was 3. My 3 lakh VP is cut :( Smart HR, they show big no.s while offering the job, but in reality you will get very less as take home every month. 12-14 hours of daily work. Managers force you to work even on weekends. They ask us to cancel our pre planned commitments on weekends. The sales team sells unrealistic dreams to clients which becomes a nightmare to deliver. Projects get delayed due to internal fight between team members.
