The freedom of expressing thoughs and the open door policy which our director and CEO has. It really helped me on tough days at work.

Always there are some pros and cons. So, for me it is like startup environment. However it has his benifits as well

It's very much flexible and since the COVID situation, we are working from home only. About the work pressure it's as usual. As a Sales rep it's way better than working in target based organisation with a Manager with unrealistic expectati

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
