I am in this company since 10 years, lots of learning, many growth opportunities as company is expanding the teams in offshore. Good work environment, culture, open door policy (any team member can reach out to management if he/she needs to raise any concerns). Depends on which product one is working or hired for. But with new infrastructure setup tsys is having latest and greatest technologies in place and also open to train team members if needed.
