Nothing.. in fact one should not call this company as MNC. its just a funded firm run by some old people.

The reporting managers will never care about your project/your concerns. You would never know when your reporting manager would change and you will come to know only when you/the manager need to share something as a part of a process. Trust me, they give you 5% hike yearly without conducting any appraisal round which is unethical and unprofessional. Worst part is-- they wont care to conduct a feedback interview when you put down the papers. HR 'girls' are hopeless... all sweet talks and yes- in almost each official meetings scheduled for 100+ members, they will keep waiting for like 5-10 min for people to join. no time management....Read More

Had joined with a very positive mindset like I always do while joining a new organisation and this time the positivity was at peak going by the interaction and the way I was welcomed to the team. Have lot of work on a daily basis which is a positive sign and enjoyable experience for any professional.

Dislikes

Favouritism, biasness, abuse.. All the above are a demeanor and works against any Salary range you are offered. Abuse without any reason. Maybe disturbed personal/professional life at the other side but that's not acceptable at all.

Zero Job Security, as they are dependent on the projects given by other organisations. Project Base work, if you didn't get opportunity to shift to other project you will be as to leave Recent management is not Indian and he don't have any soft-corner for indians.
