work life balance was good (only for me),its a good organization to learn and experiment your skills and move on overlooking depressing environment.one should stay not more than 1.5 to 2 years.

Dislikes

Hundreds of anti-employee rules and policies from leaves to day to day work holidays,Management is without clear vision and fickle minded,company is a top heavy organization,old employees have no aspiration most are very mean and cheap minded.There are lot of friction between Delhi and kolkata office colleagues,overtime pay is poor
